The position
As leader of your territory, you will be in-charge of planning, developing, and implementing the
business plan for your geographical area to ensure company objectives are achieved. You will
measure, track andanalyse your given area.
You will need to present business plan of your territory on a regular basis.
In this role, you are expected to:
- Contribute to the national business plan by achieving sales goals through the implementation of marketing and
sales strategies aimed at effectively selling and promoting our products to healthcare practitioners.
- Demonstrate a high level of understanding of customer needs, anticipate and adapt action plans to maximize
opportunities and address challenges.
- Work across different external stakeholders including but not limited to specialist, GP’s,pharmacists, and other HCP.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Education, experience & skill
- Bachelor's degree in a science or business-related subject or equivalent.
- 2 years’ experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a track record based on exceptional
commercial acumen and selling skills.
- Experience in hospital sales is an advantage.
- Intermediate computer skills required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willing to travel outstation and possess own car.
- Excellent Selling skills, Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skills, Organisational Skills, Positive Attitude.
- Develop an expert-level understanding of the company's products or services.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly understand and articulate complex product features and
functionalities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs and priorities.
